Ram Anantha - President Ram Anantha is a seasoned project manager, with experience in implementing ERP implementations, custom development projects and infrastructure solutions. He has worked with Big4 firms like Ernst & Young and CapGemini and has consulted for Fortune 500 companies like Best Buy, Supervalu, Carlson Companies and General Electric. Skilled in managing projects with offshore and near shore teams and in dealing with time and cultural differences. He had managed projects using the traditional waterfall and agile methodologies. Management background includes leading teams, developing and managing budgets, devising time lines, monitoring project standards for all deliverables, creating strategies, overseeing technical design and development of all solutions, new business development, documentation and maintaining quality assurance. In 2005, Ram started consulting for companies locally in the twin cities area under his company – Tranwhite Inc. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the university of Kerala, India (1991) and is a certified project management professional (PMP) from the project management institute (PMI).
